This thesis addressed the actual scientific applications, which consists in the fact that the complex of activities and facilities to improve the treatment of washing water BOC (pre-treatment in the clarifier - Recirculator with the formation of a layer of suspended sediment and posttreatment on the filter with a floating charge) and then use the resulting sludge for the manufacture of building materials - ceramic gravel and brick.
