Target of research - training of highly qualified scientific-pedagogical personnel at postgraduate school; research subject -the process of organization of deontological training of highly qualified scientific-pedagogical personnel at postgraduate school; goal of research consists in theoretical grounding of essence, specifics and pedagogical conditions of deontological training of highly qualified scientific-pedagogical personnel at postgraduate school, experimental check up of their effectiveness as to the formation of their deontological culture; methods of research - theoretical : analysis and generalization of literature aimed at studuing the aspects that deal with deontology, professional deontology also aimed at definition of contents and peculiarities of organization of deontological training of specialists; comparative analysis of international and state documents for specification of aims and perspectives of post graduate school's development in conditions of globalization; analyses through synthesis aimed at specification of deontological training of highly-qualified scientific-pedagogical personnel at post-graduate school; schematization in order to specify its main aspects; concretization for grounding the essence and structure of deontological culture of Phd - students; projection aimed at making structural-logical scheme of inoculation of pedagogical conditions of deontological training of highly-qualified scientific-pedagogical personnel at postgraduate school; empirical : sociological survey of Phd students and members of teaching stuff of post -graduate school aimed at exposure of contradictions of postgraduate training; testing, interview, expert judgement and self-esteem in order to elicit the levels of formation of deontological culture of Phd students; purposeful observation to exposure the dynamics of process and quality of results of deontological training; pedagogical experiment aimed at check-up of effectiveness of the implemented pedagogical conditions of deontological training of post-graduate students; statistical - for statistical analusis of the results of experiment and validity test of the data we used the criterion X2; scientific novelty of the received results lies in: at first the essence, specifics of deontological training of highly qualified scientific and teaching staff are grounded; pedagogical conditions that provide effectiveness of the above mentioned process are reasoned; the essence and structure of deontological training of deontological culture of postgraduate students and its criteria and idicators are defined; its levels are characterized; such notions as as 'professional deontology', 'deontology in professional activities of highly qualified scientific and scientific pedagogical staff' are specified. The theory of post graduate education was enriched by the issues concerning deontological training of highly qualified scientific -pedagogical personnel at postgraduate school aimed at formation of deontological culture.
