Essay

The study of immunogenetic pre-conditions susceptibility to urogenital infections inwomen with recurrent miscarriage of pregnancy with main focus on genetical features of cytokine status was carried out. It is shown that women’s recurrent miscarriages are associated with allele and genjtype high expression of IL-10. Over the frequency range and distribution of alleles and genjtypes of SNP – 1082 G-A, - 819 T-C and -592 A-C gene IL10 group of women with recurrent miscarriage significantly different from control group of women and groups of women with primary infertility. Genodiagnostics of urogenital infections in women with recurrent miscarriages probably showed significant increase in the frequency Chlamydia trachomatis, Ureaplasma urealiticum, CMV, HSV-1/2 and Toxoplasma gondii compared with the control group and with groups of women with primary infertility, late pregnancy loss and complicated anamnesis. The results suggest that recurrent miscarriage increased because of women susceptibility to urogenital infections due to violation of cytokine status and certain deficit of B-cell immunity link. Women with recurrent miscarriage the examination of urogenital infections is recommended in combination with immunogram and study of cytokine status.
