Object of research: 1st - 2nd stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); purpose - increasing the effectiveness of complex therapy with the usage of fenspiride and antihomotoxic drugs in patients with exacerbation of 1st - 2nd stage COPD basing on research of the influence of such drugs on hemorheology and immune status; research methods: general clinical methods, spirography, viscometry, immunotechniques; novelty: first ever study of the peculiarities of the state of blood rheology and system immunity, and their connection in patients with exacerbation of 1st - 2nd stage COPD, schemes elaborated for differentiated medicamental treatment considering the intensity of hemorheologic disorder and the type of immune response.
