Essay

Is dissertation devoted of the of comparative analysis of training of scientific and scientifically pedagogical personnel of Higher qualification of Russian Federation and Ukraine. The analysis of pedagogical theory and questions of forming and providing of effective activity is carried out at training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel of higher qualification of Russia and Ukraine on the modern stage and in a historical context.Is analysed comparative analysis of quantitative changes in the system of higher education, the dynamics of growth of scientific-pedagogical shots. The special attention is turned on the state and progress of aspirantury and doktorantury of Russian Federation and of Ukraine trends taking into account the Bolonskiy proces and is indicated a way approaching to the European standards.
