Shyshkina I. Theoretical and practical foundations of activity optimization of territorial organs of quality control of medicines

Results of the research of historical stages of theoretical and organizational foundations development of the quality control of medicines territorial organs in Ukraine and abroad are represented in dissertation work. The findings allowed outlining the existent relevant and immediate tasks for scientific decision, including that ones which are connected with the lack of evaluation mechanisms of interconnection between them and influential factors (indications). Methodological approaches to clarifying the influence of regional factors (indications) on activity of participants of the quality control of medicines territorial system are offered for the first time, and, on their bases, methodology of mathematical design of manning table of regional state services workers in three variants is created, and, thereby, the effectiveness of their realization and distribution in complex of optimization events is reached. Methodology of volume calculation of quality control of medicines in the region during the necessary period and methodology of classification (typological grouping) of regional state services of medicines on its basis are grounded. Scheme-algorithm of implementation of step-by-step approbation by modules and practical realization of personal scientific designs of activity optimization of the quality control territorial organs is created.
