Essay

The object of this study is the educational process of the preparation of future elementary school teachers in higher educational institution; subject - the pedagogical conditions and vocational teacher training primary school teachers to work with gifted children; methods: theoretical (analysis of philosophical, pedagogical and psychological literature), interpretive (analytical method, comparative historical analysis), empirical (surveys, interviews, observation), a pedagogical experiment, predictive method for testing and implementation of the developed training materials on the issue of training teachers of gifted children; statistics: quantitative and qualitative processing results of pedagogical experiment using methods mathematical statistics, scientific novelty of the study is the first time based on the analysis of works of domestic and foreign scientists who have studied the problem of creativity, talent, training teachers of gifted children, developed a conceptual model of the creative training primary school teachers to work with gifted children, found pedagogical conditions its comprehensive implementation.
