Essay

Characteristics of phasic and tonic components of electrodermal potentials, temperature, intensity of sweating on the palms, the depth of respiratory movements and their relationship to individual levels of alexithymia, empathy, performance on the "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome" test during rest and during functional loads of humans have been investigated. It is established that changes in electrodermal potentials, during and after different types of functional loads (computer game, mathematical testing, viewing negative affective video) show significant correlation with changes in arousal level, mood, emotional components, changes in other physiological parameters, and also differ in the characteristics of the changes depending on the type of load.
