Radzievs'ka I. The Formation of Future Nurses Professional Competence in the Process of Studying Major Disciplines.

The thesis is concentrated on the theoretical and experimental research of the problem of the formation of future nurses professional competence. The peculiarities of nurses' professional activity in the new conditions of work are analyzed here, the analyses is also given to the condition of the professional education in Ukraine and the process of nurses training reformation, national and foreign experiences as for the formation of future nurses professional competence is summarized. Problems, contradictions and perspective tasks as for modernization of professional nurses training are validated. The general model of the formation of modern nurse professional competence in the process of studying major disciplines was worked out. The pedagogical conditions of the formation of future nurses professional competence were defined: competence and activity and module approaches in the formation of nurses professional competence; the contents support of the formation of nurses professional competence was worked out with methods of the formation of nurses professional competence on a theoretical stage of study in the process of studying major disciplines and in the process of their practical training in real work conditions on clinical bases and assessment criteria of the formation of nurses professional competence were introduced. The analyses of experimental researches as for the efficiency of methods was conducted and the efficiency was proved experimentally.
