Thesis is devoted to the study of the epizootic situation in Ukraine of pasterelosis in animals, thats induced Pasteurella haemolytica, and epizootological research of epizootological strain of Pasteurella haemolytica and improving methods for diagnosistic of disease by developing of test-systems based on ELISA. Analysis of the epizootic situation in Ukraine confirm that in the etiology of infection diseases of animal the important place has Pasteurella haemolytica. This is one of the reasons why arise bronchopneumonia in young cattle, septicemia newborn lambs and infectious mastitis in cattle and small cattle. Of was selected, identified, characterized the properties of the wild agent Pasteurella haemolytica and deposied of strain 4/08 Pasteurella haemolytica. For the first time in Ukraine theoretically and experimentally justified the development of specific test-system based on ELISA for detection of antibodies against Pasteurella haemolytica in the serum of animals. A test system «Pasteureliso test AB» for the detection of antibodies against Pasteurella haemolytica in the serum of pigs, cattle and small cattle. Of was developed and approved technical specifications for ELISA kits-system «Pasteureliso test AB» for detection of antibodies against Pasteurella haemolytica.
