Sirko B. Transport Prosecutor's Supervisory Activities: Current state and Development.

The thesis provides comprehensive scientific research of transport prosecutor's supervisory activities. Transport prosecutor's legal status in Ukrainian prosecution system under current conditions has been researched in the thesis, as well as a task to supervise law observance at transport in order to protect human and civil rights, freedoms, state and public interests, and also to sustain law observance in investigation of crimes. The content of prosecutor's functions and transport prosecutor's service authorities have been analyzed in their application. These questions have been researched with due attention paid to prosecutor's supervision specific features and legal regulation of transport industries, inquiry and pretrial investigation concerning crimes, committed at transport. The proposals to enhance legislation and its application, as well as organization of prosecutor's supervision at transport have been suggested.
