Аlieva A. Morphogenesis of the adrenal glands in the readaptative period after the extremal chronic hypertermia and the intencive physical loading influence

The dissertation is devoted to studying the peculiarity of rat's adrenal glands constitution in different period of readaptation after the ascendancy of the isolate extremal chronic hyperthermia, and in total with intensive physical activity and determination of levelling possibility of negative hyperthermia ascendancy by medicine - inosine. Was determined, that either isolate extremal chronic hyperthermia ascendancy, in total with physical activity and with correction, leads to changes in rat's adrenal glands constitution, that are observed at all levels of their structural organization. The most expressed changes and minimal renovation of structure and func-tion of adrenal glands in all periods of readaptation are observed at total ascen-dance of hyperthermia and physical activity. Insertion the inosine into rats, makes less the negative influence of hyperthermia, that gives a morphological argumentation of possibility of it is application to correct the exposed changes.
