Essay

Research object - is a process of adaptation of man to the interval normobaric hypoxia and hypoxic hypercapnia in the conditions of multycoordinating motive activity. Research aim - to set the features of adaptation reactions of cardio respiratory system and sensory systems of organism of man to the interval normobaric hypoxia and hypoxic hypercapnia in the conditions of multycoordinating motive activity. Research methods: spirography, electrocardiography, impedance reography, arterial tonometry, myography, methods of research of the sensory systems and mathematical statistics. Innovations:the features of functioning of the basic sensory systems (auditory, visual, vestibular, kinestetic) in the conditions of hypoxia and hypoxic hypercapnia and their role are certain in a management by multycoordinating motive activity; data are complemented, touching adaptation cardiovascular and respiratory systems of organism of man in such terms. Theoretical and practical results: application of hypoxic and hypercapnical training promoted adaptation possibilities of sportswomen of the synchronous swimming considerably. Results are embedded in the educational process of students and training process of sportswomen of the synchronous swimming.
