In-process on the basis of deep analysis and systematization of wide circle of sources the basic stages of social and political activity and scientific-publicism legacy of Michael Lozynsky are exposed. An author considered the process of forming of world view of M.Lozinskyy in the political cells of L’viv and cities of Western Europe at the beginning of XX age.
