Trotsenko N. Professional self-development of social workers in the resource centers

The manuscript provides a definition of "professional self-development of social workers"; defined components of professional self-development of social workers in resource centers. The author analyzed activities of resource centers for professional self-development of social workers. The dissertation also defines the components and performance indicators of professional self-development of social workers in resource centers. The author substantiated and experimentally verified the organizational and pedagogical conditions of professional self-development of social workers (consideration of information and methodological needs of social workers; facilitation of partnerships between social workers and government and non-governmental organizations; methodological support of social workers in the resource centers) in the resource centers. Dissertation presents the technology of professional self-development of social workers in the resource centers.
