Human-geographical analysis of the current situation and forecast of the regional labor market of Khmelnytsky region is conducted in thesis. Conceptual and terminological apparatus of human-geographical study of regional labor markets are improved based on the analysis of previous studies. Methodology of the human-geographical analysis and forecasting of regional labor market is formulated. A comprehensive assessment of factors of the formation and development of Khmelnitsky regional labor market is carried out. Territorial differentiation of distribution of labor forces, employment and unemployment, supply and demand at Khmelnytsky regional labor market is investigated. Typification of local labor markets and reasonable allocation of sub-regional labor markets at Khmelnytsky regional labor market are carried out.
