Shtelyk S. Organizational and legal aspects instance structure of the courts of general jurisdiction in Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to complex research problems in constructing a system of courts of general jurisdiction of Ukraine on the principle of level arrangement with a view to identifying new approaches in the implementation of judicial reform. Based on theoretical developments, analysis of judicial practice and current legislation of Ukraine Author systematically and critically examined the issue of formation level arrangement as the foundation of the courts of general jurisdiction of Ukraine in the historical, legal and comparative legal aspects on the basis of modern achievements and shortcomings of the judicial reform . The work revealed a new problem instances of the justice system, taking into account changes to legislation on the judiciary and procedural rules. Accordingly, the proposed set of proposals for amendment to Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "On Judicial System and Status of Judges" and Articles 18, 20 and 177 of the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine. Special attention is paid to instances of administrative courts and the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
