Object - process of project management. Purpose - decrease in expenses for achievement of the basic results of project at the expense of working out models of a control system by project of the enterprise and a quality monitoring of performance of project. The scientific result: for the first time the structural and process models of a project control system on the basis of regular schemes of system models is developed; control of performance of projects regarding the regular analysis of deviations of duration and cost of project works is improved; has received the further development management methods reserves of time and costs in projects.
