The dissertation is devoted to identifying the genetic and population factors and some aspects of mechanisms manifestation of bronchial asthma, atopic dermatitis and psoriasis in order to optimize the diagnosis and treatment more efficiently. It is established, that the population frequency of psoriasis and atopic dermatitis in Kharkov is 0,85% and 3,49% respectively, in Kirovograd - 1,02% and 2,89%, Sevastopol - 0,92% and 1,39%. Identified geographical dependence in the manifestation of diseasing of atopic dermatitis. Suffer less in the south of Ukraine - 1,39% (p<0.05). The highest incidence rates of psoriasis in Kirovograd-1,02% (p<0.05). Among patients with a diagnosis of bronchial asthma identified in 87% of cases skin symptoms of atopy. We investigated the prevalence of polymorphisms of four genes: IL4 C-589T, IL17A G-197A, IL17F His-161 Arg, CYP1A1 Ile462Val among probands with bronchial asthma, atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. Was found the largest number of representatives (40%) with heterozygous genotype 589 CT among patients with psoriasis. In 100% of probands mutant genotype 462 Val Val of the gene CYP1A1 is absent.
