Object: vocational educational training of future educators of preschool educational establishments. Purpose: theoretically justify and experimentally verify the technology of the preparation of future educators to educational support of the children of preschool age. Methods: theoretical - analysis of philosophical, psychological, educational, methodical literature and regulations and methodologies for the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of research, to identify the degree of elaboration of the problem, to determine the specific content and organization of the training of students of specialty "Preschool education", content analysis, comparison, generalization - to support the ground of the basic concepts of the research; organizing, modeling - to design the model and taking it into account the technology of training for future educators to educational support of the children of preschool age; empirical - diagnostic techniques (tests, questionnaires, interviews, psycho-pedagogical observation, introspection, content analysis, expert judgment) - to determine the students' readiness to provide the educational support; the pedagogical experiment with qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results - to test the effectiveness of the technology, statistics - statistical methods for determining the relevance and reliability of the results. The scientific novelty of the study: first developed the model of training of future educators to educational support of the children of preschool age, the technology of this process, determined the theoretically grounded pedagogical conditions (the development of humanistic orientation of future educators, the implementation of interdisciplinary connections in order to create a holistic system image of the educational support, providing practice-oriented focus of the training in the process of development of competence in the field of educational support, the implementation of the educational monitoring in the process of preparing of future educators for pedagogical support). Improved the nature and content of the terms "educational support for the children of preschool age, "the readiness of the future educators to the educational support", "the technology of the training of the future educators to the educational support of preschoolers"; grounded the components of the readiness of the future educators to the educational support (motivational, cognitive, operational, reflective), the stages of its formation (preparatory, informational, technological, productive), criteria (motivational-target, cognitive-informational, operational-pragmatist, reflexive-productive) and levels (initial, basic, optimal, high). Was further developed the humanist training of the future educators in higher educational institutions; branch - theory and methods of vocational education.
