Kolomiyets I. An immunophysiological state of poultry organism depending on the factors of local intestine immunity

The dissertation is concerned with the studying of immunophysiological state of chickens-broilers organism and functional peculiarities of the barrier structures associated with the mucous lining of intestine during the critical periods of postnatal ontogenesis on a background of conducted vaccination. The structural-functional state and involution of small intestine payers patches of chickens are studied. It was determined, that these changes coincides with the productive period of hens life. It was proved, that methodology of peroral application of immunotropic preparations is experimentally reasonable for the correction of the immunophysiologic state of chickens-broilers organism in critical age-old periods. It was established, that such method increased functional activity of intestinal immune barrier and the immunophysiologic state of chikens organism was normalized. Practical use of symbiotic of "Praimiks-Bionorm P" in dose 10 mgs/goal to the vaccination from 5 - to 10-day's age and after a vaccination from 14-до of 19-day's age of chickens as physiological adequate at industrial technology maintenance of broilers is shown. The necessity of application of solution of NaOCl for specific profilactic and warning vaccinaction on broillers organism in a concentration 15 mg/l to the vaccination from 5 - to 10-day's age and after a vaccination from 14- to 26-day's age with three-day's interval after each five days application is reasonable and proved from the scientific point of view.
