Essay

The work includes advanced theoretical principles of the process of project real estate development management. The peculiarities of real estate development projects in Ukraine is opened. Constructed model seven-phased product-oriented project life cycle of real estate development and the necessity of making strategical milestone decisions upon completion of each phase are substantiated. The system of indicators for assessment the internal value of the project based product is determined on the conceptual provisions of a balanced scorecard. The models of internal and external value assessment of the product real estate development project in the intermediate configuration are constructed.
