Hlushchenko I. Sociophilosophical conception of D.Dontsov.

The object is the phenomenon of social philosophy of D.Dontsov. The aim is to investigate all-round the sociophilosophical conception of D.Dontsov and dialectics of development of him and world view, to study the contribution of D.Dontsov to the theoretical comprehension of the phenomena of nation, national elite, nationalism. The methods are phenomenological, hermeneutics, comparative, dialectical, chronologic, objectivity and determinism, axiological analysis. The author provides the complex analysis of historical, irrational, voluntarist, heroic, and romantic aspects of D.Dontsov's sociophilosophical conception. It is proved that the conception of the correlation between nation and elite is the core element of D.Dontsov's sociophilosophical doctrine. According to D.Dontsov elite is the form-determining factor of Ukrainian state in its conceptual, ideological, philosophical, and social dimensions. It is concluded that D.Dontsov's sociophilosophical ideas were of principle importance not only in the late 19th and the beginning of the 20th centuries, but are also actual nowadays, while disturbing the life of Ukrainian society. The unique characteristics of D.Dontsov's sociophilosophical conception is his use of the correlation between the state as a whole and the human being as a particle of that whole.
