Hairullina Y. Outlook culture of a human's personality in conditions of transitional sosiety

The study proposed the concept of ideological culture of a personality, that topologically belongs to human consciousness, indicates the organizational levels, has the ability to create and maintain their own semantic field. The study defined scientific approaches and methodological framework for studying of the parametric characteristics of the phenomenon, analyzed its nature, essence, contents, formsofentity, element base, structure and levels, studied morphological mechanism of excitation, products of semantic and cultural field of a sense sphere of personality, high lighted its mechanisms and functions, substantiated criteria and indicators of maturity of an ideological culture of a personality and conducted verification in the conditions of Ukrainian society.
