Essay

Object - preparation of the humanitarian teachers in the system of post-graduate education. Purpose - to ground theoretically and approve experimentally the pedagogical terms of preparation of the humanitarian teachers in the system of post-graduate education for the test evaluation of student's academic achievements. Methods - theretical, empirical, statistical. Theoretical results and novelty - the essence and the structure of the notion 'humanitarian teachers readiness for the test evaluation of student's academic achievements', the data of humanitarian teachers readiness for the test evaluation of student's academic achievements of the students of the comprehensive school, pedagogical terms of formation of humanitarian teachers readiness for the test evaluation of student's academic achievements have been determined and theoretically proved; the essence of the notions 'teaching diagnostics', 'teaching dimension', 'teaching evaluation', 'didactic testing' have been improved. Practical results - the methodology of diagnostics of humanitarian teachers readiness for the test evaluation of student's academic achievements, experimental methodology of preparation of humanitarian teachers in post-graduate education for the test evaluation of student's academic achievements have been developed; elective course 'The test evaluation of student's academic achievements in the range of humanitarian cycle subjects', the system of trainings and business games have been adopted in the post-graduate education. Efficiency of introduction is high. Branch - pedagogical, higher educational establishments.
