Essay

The dissertation theoretically grounds conceptual foundations of professional culture formation in future specialists at higher vocational schools of culinary profile. The author s model that ensures creation of educational-and-cultural environment for creative development of future confectionaries, formation of their occupational special features during theoretical and production training is offered. The efficiency of pedagogical conditions concerning professional culture formation in future confectionaries on the basis of introduction of the author s training course "Creativity in confectionary occupation" and methodological complex that includes thesaurus of a cookery expert, system of creative occupational tasks, master-class programs, art-studious, occupational optional classes, professional skill contests are proved.
