The thesis presents a new theoretical foundation and solution of problem on understanding and consideration of individual variability of the sizes, shapes, positions and relationships of the maxilla and mandible, depending on the structure of the neurocranium. Craniometriсal relationship between neuro- and viscerocranium among people of mature age established and statistically was confirmed. Range of individual anatomical variability of the shape, sizes and position of the maxilla, depending on the structure of the cranium in people of mature age was established. Individual anatomical variability of the mandible depending on the structure of the cranium in people of mature age was studied. Craniometriсal and topographic anatomical relationships between maxilla and mandible in people of mature age were defined. Profile topography of ratios of the maxilla and mandible in adults with the proposed profilograms was formed. That totally confirmed the existence of relations of longitudinal and altitudinal sizes of the maxilla and mandible according to generally accepted craniological points depending on the individual anatomical variability of their structure.
