Krupka O. Zemskiу (land) court in Volyn (from the middle of the ХVІ century to the first guarter of the ХVІІ century)

In dissertation the activities of zemskiу (land) courts in Volyn as public and legal institutions in the period from the middle of the ХVІ to the first guarter of the XVIІ century аs well as the development of the process of reforms resulted in the creation of the institution of zemskiy courts are thoroughly investigated. The knowledge of stages and pecularities of formation of the basic court-juridical parameters of the zemskiy court is specified and substantially extended. The scope of formal plenary powers of member of a court, the normative and real jurisdiction as well as practical aspects of the zemskiy legal proceedings are determined specifically. The evolution of the auxiliary judicial bodies as well as of the institution of bailiffs in Volyn. The questions related to the social context of activities of zemskiy court were studied conseguently. The field of sourсes of the problems is extended by introducing into scientific use and analіsing of a large number of judicial materials of zemskiy court.
