Prokopenkov V. Land Relations on the Territory of Sevastopol City and Sevastopol Gradonachalstvo (at the end of the 18th c. – at the beginning of the 20th c.)

The object of the research: land relations in Crimea at the end of the 18th c. – at the beginning of the 20th c. The dissertation purpose: definition of essence and contents of the land relations on the territory of Sevastopol City and Sevastopol Gradonachalstvo, study of conditions realization of land politics in region. Methods: historical and logic analysis; formal-legal, comparative-historical, gnoseological, comparative-legal, concrete-sociological analysis; abstraction and concrete definition, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction. Scientific novelty in the dissertation for the first time in domestic historiography on the basis of wide sources base the system of land tenure and land use on the territory of Sevastopol City and Sevastopol Gradonachalstvo is comprehensively investigated. Practical value: the basic ideas of the dissertation can be used by preparation of generalizing researches on a history of the land and agrarian relations in Crimea, development of lecture and special courses devoted to a land history of region, acceptance of the land legislation.
