Kalita O. Forming of communicative competence of future lawyers by means of project technologies

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of communicative competence of future lawyers by means of project technologies. Scientific literature has been analyzed on the problem of forming communicative competence of future lawyers, essence, structure, criteria and level of communicative competence of future lawyers have been exposed. Pedagogical conditions of forming of communicative competence of future lawyersby means of project technologies have been discovered, grounded and approved: implementation of the model of forming communicative competence of future lawyers by means of projecttechnologies; high level of communicative competence of teachers of Higher educational establishment, their skills in the implementation of project technologies and their harmonious combination (integration) in educational and extracurricular activities of students; dialogical way of communication in the systems "student - student", "student - teacher" and providing of pedagogical support.
