Object of study: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in combination with anemia. Objective: to study clinical and immunological features of associative current and to evaluate the effectiveness of phosphatidylcholine liposomes (Lipin) in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, combined with anemia. Methods: сlinical, immunological, and biochemical. Theoretical and practical results: developed and introduced into clinical practice of treatment for COPD combined with anemia, by reducing the levels of cytokines, lipid and phospholipid correction components of cell membranes of erythrocytes and lymphocytes, which consists in the use of patients with III degree course of injections Lipin, while I-II patients with the severity of the stage of rehabilitation - rate of ultrasonic inhalations Lipin. The novelty of the first time suggested that clinically and immunologically Lipina reasonable use of the drug to improve the treatment of patients with COPD, combined with anemia.
