Nesterenko A. The participation of public associations in social changes of the Ukrainian village (1991 - 2011 years).

Based on the analysis of the documents and factual materials the various aspects of public associations in rural areas, their location, role and participation in the everyday life of the rural population of Ukraine in 1991 - 2011 years are examined in the thesis. The political and legal factors of public associations forming are defined in the work. Author has proposed personal typology of the public associations in Ukrainian village and given proof of an availability of the fair quantity of public association's criteria of classifications and base characteristics, which assumed as a basis of the criteria. The participation of public associations in solving of economic and industrial development problems of agrarian area of the Ukrainian economy is researched on an extensive base of different sources in the thesis. The regional differences specified by natural and climatic conditions, economic potential, quality of land resources economic and industrial potential etc. are reviewed; and the process of the broadening of public organizations and local governments cooperation at the beginning of the XXI century are analyzed and examined in the work. The nature of activity, forms and methods of operation among the workers of agriculture trade union organizations are reviled in the thesis. Also the category named "Rural Social Infrastructure" is analyzed, which gives possibility to differentiate it by types and introduce classification depending on the type of role it performs. The activities of public organizations in the viability maintaining of rural social infrastructure and their contribution to the development of cultural and educational spheres are examined in the thesis with a particular focus on the educational institutions protection.
