Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improving technology extracts and concentrates of plant material. Based on the research developed and implemented in the technology phase adsorption of aromatic compounds on the station of gradient selectivity during evaporation of extracts, juices, compositions under vacuum and their recovery with dynamic termodesorption in a stream of inert gas in the cooling system traps. The natural aroma concentrates are obtained from extract of peppermint, black currant and rowan twigs, strawberry juice.Technical specifications and technological instruction "Concetrated aromatic extracts with plant material" were draft.
