Vasjuk A. Ukrainian-Polish cultural relations (2001 - 2010): Ukrainian aspect

The Dissertation is devoted to the investigation of the complex process of genesis of the Ukrainian-Polish cultural relations in 2001 - 2010. The work is based on the contemporary Ukrainian theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of scientific problems. The stages of contemporary Ukrainian-Polish relations, their content and features, including cultural interaction are defined in the dissertation. The wide range of sources and literature was used for analyses of the Ukrainian-Polish cooperation in the field of art, literature, education, science and sport. It is established that the important factor that affects Ukrainian-Polish relations, and especially their cultural content, is the activity of polish national minority in Ukraine and, respectively, Ukrainian minority in Poland. It is proved that active and definitely positive Ukrainian-Polish cooperation in the field of culture is very important for the development of international and public relations.
