Alhusseyn V. Development of technology and ointments from Populus tremula bark extract to treat infections of the skin and soft tissue.

The thesis is devoted to the development of technology andointments with lipophilic extract of bark of Populus tremula and dekametoxin to treat infections of the skin and soft tissue. According to the results of the research reasonably methodical approach to soft drugs to treat infectious diseases of the skin and soft tissue using in their composition of plant extracts and synthetic substances. Theoretically and experimentally proved the optimal composition of the combined ointment containing lipophilic extract from the bark of poplar and trembling decamethoxin. On the basis of complex physical, physico-chemical and pharmaco-technological research technology and methods of standardization-tion of the combined ointment to treat wounds and infections of skin and soft tissue. Studied physico-chemical properties of the proposed drug and stability during storage. Established a specific biological activity and harmless ointment developed.
