Subject matter - personality cognitive structures. Objective - to determine the psychological conditions of the effective cognitive structures formation of the individual funds in the light of information technologies providing for the regularities of the semantic human memory functioning, the forms diversity of the mental representation of knowlege, the diversity of the cognitive structures and the cognitive paradigms types that characterize the psychological characteristics of the expert knowledge. Methods: theoretical - the analysis of the content-specific psychological literature, modeling; organizational - the comparative method; empirical - quasi-experiment, psychodiagnostic methods (tests, questionnaires); statistical and interpretational methods (mathematical criteria of defining the differences (Independent Samples t-test, Fisher's angular transformation), correlation analysis (Pearson's linear correlation coefficient)). For the first time the approach to the personality cognitive structures forming by means of the informational technologies in the process of the assimilation of the conceptual knowledge based on regularities of the human semantic memory, the mental representation forms diversity of the experience of knowledge, the peculiarity of the structure and functioning of the certain sphere expert's knowledge were realized, for the first time the effectiveness of the personality cognitive structures forming through the externalization by promoting the informing and transforming knowledge subject activity of the knowledge forming internal conditions as the basis for their subsequent internalization in the form of cognitive structures was proved by means of the comparative evaluation of the knowledge reservation duration in memory and the skills transfer to put them in new educational situations both theoretically and empirically; the basic principles of the personality cognitive structures forming stimulation by means of the informational technologies were developed and the methods of implementation, which reflect the structure and the mechanisms of expert knowledge. The result of the research can be used in the educational sphere, for development of the psychological foundations of distance education, the creation of the interactive tasks models for students' work in a mode of self-control, the determination of criteria for the evaluation of the individual cognitive structures formation efficiency in the educational process on the indicators of the characteristics proximity of the student's knowledge to the expert knowledge relevant characteristics.
