Pilipenko N. The motivational factors of youngs' man adaptation to the crisis situation of the professional formation.

Dissertation is devoted to the study of motivational factors of personality adaptation to different crisis situations (prognostic conflict, prognostic crisis, topical crisis, topical conflict, stable topical conflict and stable prognostic conflict ones) on the initial stages of the professional formation. Empiric discovers in different crisis situations of the professional formation, the motivational features of probed personality that are factors and appropriate displays of adaptation at the same time, gave possibility to select its motivational mechanisms: "achievement", "conflict of achievement - avoidance" and "avoidance".
