Object - methodological work in preschool institutions. Purpose - to prove scientifically and test experimentally the model of teaching work management with preschool educators. Methods - theoretical, empiric, statistic. Novelty - the model of teaching work management with preschool educators is scientifically proved and experimentally tested for the first time; pedagogical conditions of teaching work management with preschool educators are revealed; the content of the phenomenon "teaching work management with preschool educators" has been defined; criteria, indicators and levels of educator's professionally methodological competency as criterion of effectiveness of teaching work management in preschool institutions are defined.
