Essay

The object of the research is the process of professional readiness of the future social teachers; the subject of the research are pedagogical conditions of effective formation of readiness for self-determination of the future social teacher; the aim of the research consists in theoretical substantiation of pedagogical conditions of formation for students' self-determination, creation and experimental testing of directions of the most effective influence of different kinds of educational activities on the formation of readiness for self-determination of the future social teacher; the scientific novelty of the results: for the first time the theoretical and methodological conditions of formation of the readiness for self-determination of the future social teacher have been grounded; pedagogical conditions of involving students-the future social teachers into different kinds of activity have been verified, theoretically grounded and experimentally checked; methods of the research: theoretical (analysis, synthesis, comparison of scientific literature on pedagogic, psychology, philosophy, the building of theoretical model); empirical: diagnostic methods (interviews, conversations, testing); observing methods (direct, indirect); prognostic methods (evaluation of experts, modeling, scaling, method of extrapolation, method of division); experimental methods, methods of mathematical statistics.
