Vyshnevska M. The development of composition and technology of «Urocholum» drops for urology application.

The dissertation is dedicated to theoretical basis of composition and technology of new drug – «Urocholum». The technological characteristics of herbal raw materials and its composition were studied, which made it possible to combine them in composition with scientific basis. The optimal method of extraction and its characteristics were developed. On the basis of results of physico-chemical, pharmacotechnological and biological investigations the optimal composition and manufacturing technology for the oral drops «Urocholum» were developed. The complex of basis quality markers for oral drops were detected, the methods of it’s quality control and validation were developed. The characteristics of drug «Urocholum» during the storage period were investigated. The stability of drug during three years in two temperature conditions was proved scientifically. The specific activity and safety of the oral drops «Urocholum» were proved by pre-clinical trials.
