The thesis is devoted to research liberalization law enforcement and judiciary USSR 1953-1964 biennium, the base of which was de-Stalinization of public administration throughout the country, the Federal Republic which was and Ukraine. On the basis of the achievements of historiography and comprehensive analysis of the extensive source material, some of which first introduced into scientific circulation, studied changes in the socio - political life of the USSR and their impact on the liberalization of the structures that were designed to ensure the legality and legal order.
