Khomenko V. Training of future managers of education in higher educational institutions of France.

The thesis is devoted to studying the process of future managers' of education training in higher educational institutions of France. The features of the content, forms and methods of future managers' of education training in higher educational institutions of France have been determined. The state of exploration of the problem of future managers' of education training in France has been characterized, current trends in future educational leaders' training in higher educational institutions of France have been studied in retrospect. Qualification standards for comprehensive school managers and curriculum for future managers' of education training in France have been analyzed, the French model of educational managers' training has been presented, current trends in the development of objectives and content of school managers' training in France have been identified and analyzed, forms and methods of professional training of future educational managers have been characterized. The experience of future managers of education training in universities in higher educational institutions of France has been summarized and on this basis possible ways of using the experience of France in practice of educational managers' training of Ukrainian educational institutions have been stated.
