Essay

Dissertation is dedicated the thesis is devoted to the study of dynamics of changes of anthropometric indexes of physical development for 36-years old period of historical development among municipal girls and boys of early child's age who are residents of the same climatic geographical zone in Krivoy Rog. For the first time on the basis of the extended anthropometric inspection the secularities of the body-build of girls and boys of early child’s age, born at the beginning of the third millennium have been grounded. At early child’s age the size of most anthropometric indexes among boys is much more than the one among girls. Using the method of sygmal defection, the increase of frequency of the appearance of children with the low values of anteroposterior and transversal sizes of body among girls has been determined. First, the anthropometric sizes of children on the early stages of postnatal ontogenesis were compared in a historical aspect and the changes, happening for 36-years-old period were studied. It is determined that the children at the age of one and three years, inspected in 1970, have prevailing longitudinal sizes of body and longitudinal sizes of lower limbs and their separate segments, and the modern children of both sexes at this age have prevailing transversal sizes of body. Most sizes of body and limbs of two-year boys and girls in 2006 are for certain more than they were in 1970.
