Essay

Proposed conceptual model of the educational management is built on the ideas of antropo saving trends. The essence of antropologization of the educational management is explicated. The comparative analysis of the philosophical paradigms of educational management is made on the basis of anthropological approach. The author examines the antropo saving tendencies within them. It is proved that in the conditions of the informational society, the need in formation of informational culture of an education manager becomes actual. Statement about educational management's forming on the basis of the dichotomous balance "humanism - technocracy", which is disturbed as a result of absolutisation of technological processes in management and substitution of the content of the aim by means of its achieving in educational management has gotten further development in the thesis. The necessity of rational and critical destereotyping of administrative activity in the context of democratization of education is proved. The main means of destereotyping of administrative activity in education are analyzed. The components of modern educational management, which have humanistic potential, are also determined.
