Mishenco I. Development of composition and technology of the combined ointment with hondroprotective action

. The thesis is devoted for creation of the composition, technology and researches of combined ointment with hondroprotective activity. Firstly theoretical and experimentally have been grounded composition and rational technology of new medicinal preparation in ointment form, which contains an glucozamine hydrochloride, ibuprofen, allantoin in quality of active substances. By the basis of this drug have been selected emulsion. Physical and chemical properties of ointment and stability in the process of storage have been studied. Terms and shelf-life have been determined. In an experiment on laboratory animals biological harmlessness and specific activity of ointment with combined action was proven. The methods of qualitative and quantitative determination of active substances in preparation have been developed. Technology of production of the created ointment has been first developed and approbated in industrial terms. Projects of methods of quality control and technological industrial regulation on medication have been developed.
