Object - the process of professional training of preschool education prospective specialists ; aim - to find out the influence of theoretically substantiated and experimentally checked technology on the levels of rhetorical culture formation in preschool education prospective specialists ; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty - the research has been the first to provide on the basis of competence-oriented and personality-activity-oriented approaches the technology of rhetorical culture forming in preschool education prospective specialists, which has been theoretically analysed and experimentally checked; the term "rhetorical culture of preschool education prospective specialists" has been specified as a dynamic personality trait, characterizing future teacher's personal achievements in accumulation of rhetorical knowledge and skills as well as the level of his/her readiness to use them in one's professional work and communication; results - the theoretically substantiated technology of rhetorical culture forming in preschool education prospective specialists has been experimentally checked, the experimental testing has proved its efficiency and allows the author to recommend it for the implementation in higher pedagogical educational institutions; field - pedagogy
