Nosik M. Party and state control bodies of Southern Ukraine in the system of the Soviet regime (1920-1934)

The object of research: system of party and state control of the Soviet Ukraine. The aim of research: coverage of legal rules for the Soviet control of their personnel and structural organization of the importance and influence that they had in the socio-economic and socio-political life of Southern Ukraine during 1920-1934 years. The subject of research: process of formation and functioning of the party and state control in the socio-economic, socio-political, administrative and managerial aspects of life South of Ukraine. The methods of research: logical, descriptive, historic-genetic, historic-comparative, problem-chronological, systemic-structural. The results of research and novelty: specificity of the evolution of the regulatory framework, basic forms, techniques and methods of operation of the system of party-state control on all levels. Marked regional characteristics of the system of local control. The role and place of the supervisory bodies in the implementation of the policy of restoring the national economy, collectivization and industrialization, the conduct and policy of curtailing Ukrainization, as well as a measure of involvement in the party-state control to the defeat of the South Ukrainian inner anti-Stalinist opposition. The sphere of usage: the further research of the current subject, writing of the synthesis works, manuals, reading of the high school courses on the history of Ukraine.
