Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to study of the vascular and parenchyma structure of testis, and investigation of the influence arterial and venous hypoxia on it, and new methods of regulation of blood flow and spermatogenesis. The results determined, that disorders of blood circulation in the testis cause the decrease of diameter of the seminiferous tubules, their lamina propria thickening, in the germinal epithelium appear the reduction of developing cells and the volume of the Leydig’s cells’ nuclei. Destructive changes in the hemato-testicular barrier components are defined ultra-structurally. We proposed the method of correction of blood circulation through the artery of seminal duct. Mentioned method improves hemo-circulation in the testis and produces positive effect concerning quantity indicators of germinal epithelium cells at a vascular trauma. The correction of outflow of venous blood from the testis improves the quantitative and qualitative indicators of germinal epithelium cells.
