Essay

This work is devoted to studing of peculiarities of structural reorganization of heart atria and auricles of heart in experimental thermal trauma and in burn wound covering by lyophilized xenografts. In experiment on guinea pigs it was found that severe burn trauma causes considerable morphofunctional changes in atria and auricles of heart at different levels of their structural organization, degree of which depends on term of experiment and are developing on a background of blood plasma toxicity increase. At the stages of burn schock and early toxemia adaptive-compensatory processes are developing in heart components, at the stages of late toxemia and septicotoxemia – deep irreversible destructive changes are present. Lyophilized xenografts using after early necrectomy of damaged tissues is proved to decrease significantly content of toxic products in blood plasma, to present development of destructive changes in heart components at early terms of experiment, to activation reparative processes which help to normalize relatively circulatory bed, contractile and myoendocrine cells of heart atria and auricles at late stages of experiment.
