Essay

The influence of hypertension on Ca-Ph and hydroxyproline metabolisms in patients of CKD I-IV with glomerulonephritis,pielonephritis, diabethic nephropathy is defined and comparative evaluation is performed. It is found the main role in violation mechanisms of Ca-Ph and hydroxyproline metabolisms in hypertension patients with CKD playes increasng levels phosphorus and parathyroid hormone in blood while increasing of free hydroxyproline in urine.
